Developed entirely in-house by our team, this advanced production system represents an important step in our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and manufacturing excellence.

The new assembly process is designed for fully automatic production and can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By minimizing manual handling, we achieve greater consistency, efficiency, and repeatability throughout the manufacturing process.

What makes this development even more significant is that the automation operates within our ISO Class 7 cleanroom. This means that products are assembled under carefully monitored and controlled environmental conditions, helping to maintain the high cleanliness standards required for ophthalmic surgical instruments and components.

To further ensure product quality, every product is subjected to a 100% automated vision inspection during the assembly process. Advanced camera systems continuously monitor critical product characteristics in real time. This allows each product to be inspected for conformity with predefined specifications, ensuring a consistently high level of quality without relying solely on manual inspection.

By combining automated assembly, full vision-based inspection, and a controlled cleanroom environment, we can further enhance product quality, improve process reliability, and increase production capacity while maintaining the precision our customers expect.
